After the recent chapters, Selene's feats are just sus at this point. We know that Selene doesn't actually cause natural phenomenon by her own power, she causes a chain reaction in a sense. Alta is stated to be the source of the magical power throughout Elentir:

What Selene merely does is activate this power from the Alta. When the Alta as defeated, that magical overflow of power throughout the world is gone. This is oddly weird if Selene's magic was constantly present throughout Elentir, but we know that Selene's control of the world stems from her being able to access different space-times, therefore with the distortion of Alta, a vast of expansion of magical power became to be

So thinking about it like this:

• Selene distorts Alta's Magical Power
• That Magical Power causes a chain reaction as a result of that distortion, fueling the world with more power than needed
• The overflow of Alta giving off power makes the planet flood, earthquakes, etc.

So Selene isn't actually doing the destruction on her own whim. The whole moon shenanigans is just as sus honestly, rather than looking at it in a way Selene does so by just applying her own magical power that would be combat applicable. It's 100% based on her mood depending on the moon's manipulation based on this.

Boros is only Multi-Continental with CSRC which is basically a suicide move and is never used right off the bat

Boros is multi-continental regardless with thanks to scaling (unless you believe Tatsumaki beats Boros). And where did you get the idea that it was a suicide move? The shockwaves of the serious punch are responsible for what kills him.

Weaker characters than boros like tatusmaki could solo the verse. Mismatch.
