Season 4 Thea vs Season 1 Oliver (CW Arrow)

Thea, towards the end of season 4 of Arrow, vs Oliver, at the end of season 1.

They are both equipped with a bow and normal arrows, and with a katana.

Morals off.

Battle takes place in a depopulated Gotham City street, starting 20' apart.

Win by any means.

Who wins and why?

Does Ollie get his Flashback feats up till now?

Thea scales better.

Season 1 Thea could guilt him to suicide, Season 4 is spite.

Thea is not on Ollies level at all. She couldn't do the rescue of Walter scene, enough said.

I feel like this has been done before, but I'm not entirely sure

Well if we consider what Malcolm says to both of them then they are on similar level (Malcolm said that Oliver loses to him because he wasn't determined enough and he said to Thea that she loses to him because she wouldn't kill him). By feats I think that Oliver is a little better.

Thea wins by what we know of the skill levels/stats of them and their opponents.

Ollie by intensity band the level of damage/training we know he went through prior to coming back from the island

@allstarsuperman: Thea seems to steamroll HIVE Soldiers in small groups easy enough, even when she's surrounded on different sides. Why do you think 20 or so normal mercenaries would overwhelm her when she'd only be facing one or two at a time?
