You'd be surprised to know that VSBW is actually near the peak of battle-boarding. On other platforms mentioned above, nearly every single character is outer/high-outer/boundless/<insert made up word> via insanely dumb reasons/scaling that it literally requires subhuman IQ to debunk it.

Lots of 3812 threads around now for some reason. Well just like with the other "battles" if you can call them 3812 takes this the very quantum instant when facing The Overvoid because he would already be a layer up and view the entirety of DC/The Overvoid as fiction.

Of course not you dummy. Overvoid doesn't "blink" anything here. It's clear that you have no knowledge about the sheer size of the SCP cosmology and 3812's abilities. But then again looking at your name/pfp you're a DC fanboy anyway.

First of all, I have to make clear that the void in Vertigo and the overvoid in DC are the same because it is very important for my argument that comes later. And because a lot insist that they are not.

The void in Vertigo and the overvoid in DC have a lot of similarities. For one, the void in Vertigo and the void in DC have a lot of similarities. Vertigo was the void beyond creation and overvoid was the void beyond creation. Now for more definite proof:

There is not a vertigo void in the multiversal map. If they're supposed to be different voids, why didn't Morrison seperate them and say: ''That's the DC void, and that's the Vertigo void''? All creations of Vertigo are cited in there (Hell, Heaven, etc) but not the vertigo void. That supports the assumption that those voids are one and the same.

In the DCU there are eight godly realms, with entities easily have the power to end entire Universes in the blink of an eye. More so the highest deity of each realm.

Dream, Nightmare, Heaven, Hell, Skyland, Underworld, New Genesis and Apokolips… All have an All-Father character. That rules supreme in its godly realm but not in the Godly Sphere.

The origin of everything in the DCU is the Overvoid. The Overvoid being in essence the infinite blank canvas/page where the writer writers the stories.

So the Overvoid in where everything comes from, but according to Grant Morrison the Overvoid itself does not understand the concept of story. So in order to understand it manifested a part of itself that could understand the stories. And that part is The Presence.

So The Presence is simply a fragment of the Overvoid, the part of it designed to understand everything that happens in the DCU.

The history of creation of the DCU tells us that there was a time when only the Overvoid existed. The Overvoid is infinite in size and it was simply a homogeneous endless blank place. Then in Overvoid a Flaw was born. And that Flaw was the story.

The Overvoid sealed away the Flaw in a clock looking structure. And in order to understand the Flaw, to understand story, The Overvoid created The Presence.

Or in simpler terms. The Overvoid is the source of everything. While the Presence is the part of the Overvoid meant to understand and govern all stories.
