@lunacyde: don't allow Aizen's sword it is incredibly hax. Just by looking at it once the user can put the viewer in whatever illusion he wants.
Scenario: Gaslight Empire: OOC
@one_upper: Hey, I don't personally mind at all. I just remember him saying no bullet timing feats at all permitted.
@morleericks: Sorry Morlee, I adjusted the speed rules because I realized starting out that low in speed would make it basically an auto-win for anyone with Bullseye level accuracy.
The new speed limit is around Batman/Captain America level.
uhh @lunacyde a thought comes to mind... if i choose the Brute perk can i switch my body to someone like Cable's? the strength of his T-O Virus arm is 10 tons and and such? not sure if im gonna do that but could i?
@warlockmage: Yeah, you can have Cable's body.
@jedixman: Yeah, sure.
@primez0ne:Can you link me?

It turns out that I am not good at math and I overestimated the number of bosses we could allow. Unless we get more mercenaries I was wondering if anyone would volunteer to be a mercenary instead....it'll be more fun, you get to do lots of killing and destroying stuff firsthand. As is I don't think we even have enough mercs for each boss to hypothetically hire two.
@lunacyde: If no one wants to switch to being a merc before this starts, I can.
@major_hellstorm: Good man. You may get a small reward for your efforts.
@lunacyde: Here's a respect thread on the person who uses it, Holden Carver.
@lunacyde: don't allow Aizen's sword it is incredibly hax. Just by looking at it once the user can put the viewer in whatever illusion he wants.
I had to ask. its TP release is hax but its purely defensive, doesn't exceed physical limits, and has a weakness. I think its hax but had to ask, right?
@primez0ne: You know what. That is a unique ability, I'm going to allow it considering it requires touch and doesn't actually physically harm the opponent.
However, I have a question. I don't get the lightning feat. How did he turn the guy into a smoking corpse?

Honestly not quite sure.
@arkbound: That would be appreciated.
@zetsumoto:Seems OP.
@zetsumoto: Not per se.
"It bestows upon the owner Immortality, Invisibility, extreme magical power, rapid healing, and the ability to devour magic, wood, stone, basically anything, hence the pseudonym The Devourer, and can also be molded into almost any shape the wielder requires."
This seems pretty OP to start with to me, but it's hard to know how it is typically used since I've never even heard of it.
@lunacyde: The immortality is useless, he can still die it just ressurects him by killing someone he loves instead. Having a lot of magical power is pointless if you don't know any magic.
The rapid healing is decent but I don't remember it being wolverine level or anything like that. In fact, he perminantly lost his hand.
I only remembered it eating magic and other metals, but I guess it's a little op if it eats other stuff too. Really though, I was more interested in the invisibility, lack of scent, and multitool aspects than anything. Also note that it cannot change its mass, only its shape.
@zetsumoto: I will let it in under the stipulation you use it as you're saying.
For volunteering you each get an extra non-combat skill of your choice for your build.
@zetsumoto: Alright, either way is good.
@boschepg:Alright sounds cool
@just_banter: You never were a boss though :P
@lunacyde: My merc build:
Name: Charles A. Renner A.K.A The Incinerator
Class: Gunslinger.
Body: Winter Soldier (Do I get the arm?).
Skill: Archer (Archer & Armstong).
- Gunslinger Skill: Deadshot.
- Non-combat Skill: Nightwing's stealth.
Gear: (Composite)Firefly's suit.
You're good, except stealth counts as a combat skill since it can be used in combat. For the list of non-combat skills look at the OP. You get the arm.
@lunacyde: Okay, I'll get detective skill.
@just_banter:Doubling weight with every strike seems pretty hax. You don't have to have a regular sword though, there are other options.
@lunacyde: How easy is it to come across a sword in game? If I start without one, would I be able to get one before the first mission?
@just_banter: At any point between missions you can buy a standard real life katana or other sword for 100 coin, or a special one for 1000 coin (ex. Snake-Eyes' Blade of Justice). If you're a scavenger you could also take one off enemies you defeat.
