I think a lot of people are forgetting that Kenobi and Skywalker's coordination and teamwork is borderline perfect. Throwing Ahsoka in actually compromises that entire coordination.
As a Djem So master, Anakin has a weakness to the intense, 21-strikes-per-second-esque fighting technique that Grievous uses, whereby he'll struggle to match those blow for blow whilst simultaneously maintaining his footwork to avoid the General's movements. If he faces him, he goes down.
The moment Ahsoka goes down (and she will go down), it's up in the air. Anakin will go full Zonakin, but without Palpatine to centre his rage, Dooku will compromise him again, leaving him vulnerable and allowing Dooku to strike him down.
Kenobi can beat Grievous, but that fight alone will last quite a while, and that's assuming that he's fully learned to let go and embrace who he is at his core at this point (which he didn't learn how to properly do until after his pep talk with Mace pre-Utapau). Zonakin might end up being hampered further by Obi-Wan's presence, who will try to urge him to stop tapping into the Dark Side, compromising him further. The death of Ahsoka will also affect Kenobi's fighting style, though whether it will improve his focus or shred it is debatable.
Either way, this is a very good match-up, with many factors. If Ahsoka weren't here, Anakin would eventually beat Dooku, Zonakin or not. With her here, her death will amp him but also screw him up mentally.
I'll hesitatingly say the Jedi win because I'm willing to give Ahsoka the benefit of the doubt and say that she can provide some support against prime Grievous or even Dooku for long enough for whomever she helps to strike them down. However, once she dies it could go either way.
