R1: Could stop at Torch but he doesn't fight seriously in-character and have a history of holding back against characters he could kill so Wanda stops at Sue if she can get through Doom.

R2: Stops at Torch due to the speed gap.

The track record of her being amped in the first instance and fighting a pacifist Doom in the second? Great track record.

If we actually compare who each have faced, it's pretty easy to swing over to Doom given he's not a glass cannon and doesn't need to worry about covering all sides of defence.

R1: Stops at Doom. INB4 the AXIS instance is brought up.

R2: Stops at Torch, who is much faster and would abuse his speed + Nova if morals off

And he needed Galactus to do it, and Wanda could do the same. Pocket dimension stuff is cool, but far weaker characters have created their own pocket dimensions. Mephisto isn't impressive on this level lol, he got challenged by Herald tiers before. And CW is Wanda's own doing so idk why not use it here (not that you need it to prove she beats Franklin).
