Kraven in every round. The disparity in feats is astronomical.

Kraven in a mismatch.

Is it really a mismatch? Sure not having webshooters or spider-sense puts Peter at a slight disadvantage. But physically he should be superior to Kraven. The Feat of catching a 40 ton skybridge in Civil War alone makes him stronger than Kraven. He's definitely faster and more agile even without Spidey sense. I'm not picking a winner because it's a tossup as to who gets the first good solid blow in.
