I am going with Illyana because of her sword.

Going with Zatanna. All she has to do is speak.

If wanda has HOM Powers than her without than Magik

In Limbo I think magik would take it but SW may be able to pull it off at full power

This isn't a fair fight, Magik is nigh-omnipotent in Limbo

If it wasn't in limbo it would be unfair to Magik and Zatanna.

The fight should have just been standard versions which would have given an edge to Magik and her anti-magic sword.

HoM Wanda was amped through external sources, aka, the life-force entity. Full potential essentially means operating to he best of ones own ability. So full-powered Wanda is not HoM Wanda.

I don't know who has the highest max ability, all of them are high, possibly Magik due to recent showings, but on average id say Zatanna.

Even before Hom Wanda was able to cast spells through thought that fused the mouth of an opponent which means she takes Zatanna out immediately every time

Wanda also is capable of amplifying her powers by absorbing magical energy so she will be a lot more powerful in limbo as well

All Magik has to do is teleport her head off or stab her with the Soul Sword. She's a lot more mobile, durable and she's the better figher too. Here she easily evades Thor's AOE attacks and hammer. ( I know the arts sucks..)

In the case of Wanda, that time was during HOM. Now if the OP isn't counting HOM that's one thing, but he never said he's not counting external sources of power.

We can't just assume.

That's the thing, it wasn't "her" power per say.

Magik could beat them both.

In the situation above, Magik I think Magic crushes this. In Limbo she shattered Colossuses bond with Cytorak in an instant.

@x_insignia1: It was in her, so it was her power. Just because it was granted to her, it was still technically hers.

For example, Cytorrak gave Juggernaut the powers, but we still consider them to be Juggernaut's powers. Without Cytorrak, Juggs would be nothing.

Same with Wanda. It was from a different entity, but it was still under her control. She was the one who wielded the power, so it's technically her powers. For that moment anyway.

For one Juggernaut is defined by Cytorrak because he typically draws power from him, while Wanda typically doesn't draw power from the life force entity. These two circumstances are completely different. By your implications a "full-powered doom" is the same doom that temporarily wielded the same power (life-force entity). So no, by typical standards that still does not suffice as "full-powered" Wanda imo.

But you've got the right idea.

Full power is when their power is at their fullest, regardless of how they got the power. So, unless the OP specifies, I'm assuming its Wanda at her most powerful, giving her the win.

If you want to know why, read above. I've explained it clearly. And until the OP corrects me, I'm assuming each is at their apex in terms of power, regardless of where the power came from.

For Wanda, it's HOM, making her the winner in my eyes.
