Surfer murders him. Savitar can keep knocking Surfer off his board million times over but he would never disable the connection between Surfer and his board, so in the end, Surfer would still destroy him.

And he is still far faster than light even if it was only 5-10 lightyears, he still did it in under a minute so he is still millions of times faster than Savitar.
