Sauron vs Movie Loki

The fight takes place on the same battlefield from the last LOTR movie.
Both have standard weapons. 
Standard winning conditions. 
No prep. 
In character. 
Who wins? 
 
Both have their Army, too.

Sauron

Sauron wins.

Sorry for bumping this, but Loki would stomp Sauron. By Sauron, I'm guessing you mean Sauron in his prime. Well, Loki would still win. Firstly, Loki's army would uber curb stomp Sauron's while Loki watches. In fact, one giant space whale (or whatever, I forgot its name) can tai on the whole of Sauron's army and possible Sauron himself, but I know I wouldn't serve Sauron justice if I let him get beaten by an unnamed creature.

Anyway, Loki walks up to fight Sauron, vaporises his body, takes his ring from him...and puts it on, making him more powerful. I don't think Sauron could enforce his will onto Loki.

That's not how the ring works...

Loki stomps, especially with his staff.

Movie version of Sauron is either a giant eye (or a person inside a giant eye!) or a hulking armor-cladded humanoid with some measure of super-human strength that moves ungodly slow. Captain America would have a solid shot of taking Sauron down.

What are Sauron's feats in the Desolation of Smaug? Anyway, if we consider his feats from the LOTR films Loki wins in an absolute mismatch.

Hobbit sauron has a chance, but not physical Sauron from LotR.

Hobbit Sauron was like a force of nature, he could control all darkness and was strong enough to over power gandalf and literally disentigrate his staff, you could just see his eye, but it was probably non corparel, he also had the force and was able to pin gandalf against wall
