Sasuke could beat Goku but he's not beating Blossom. Powerpuff girls had some crazy feats IIRC.

@vsw: 22 budokai Goku never dodged lightning, his best speed feat is catching bullets.

@batmanprep: Yeah in terms of speed she has an FTL feat so I equalized speed in her round.
