Rules: Sasuke has not learned chidori yet or copied Lee's speed, Neji is mid Chunin 2nd stage so he can use 8 trigrams techniques. Bakugou and Todoroki are in their current status (Endeavor interns)

Hard to pick, might come down to Neji and Todoroki

Sasuke blitzes and breaks their necks.

The new movie for MHA has some good feats for both Bakugo and Shouto and it’s canon though I don’t know how to link stuff.

Unless speed is equalized, don't see how either Sasuke or Neji don't blitz their heads off.

Round 2 definitely goes to the MHA team. As for Round 1, How fast is Sasuke without Lee’s speed? The MHA team has every advantage besides speed, arguably.

Sasuke hasn't achieved Lee's speed in this matchup. So I think, this actually makes sasuke close to Bakugou and Todoroki when it comes to speed.
Bakugou and Todoroki have more DC as well. I don't remember what their physical durability is, but Sasuke can one shot a giant bear with a single kick at this point, so if sasuke can get a hit in, he might win. But other than that, both of them MHA guys has better DC and AOE.

Neji is undoubtedly the fastest one here because Neji stomps weightless Lee in all aspects. In fact, Lee saved up his 5th gate just for him.

This is actually a close matchup. MHA team wins 6/10 times because of far more DC and AOE to overwhelm the other team. The problem is Neji and Sasuke at this point are heavily CQC characters and that gives them a disadvantage against these DC based long distance fighters who are no slouches in close combat either.

The MHA duo has higher destructive capabilities, Bakugo might even have a mobility advantage, at least against Sasuke at this point. The question for me is if Neji can blitz or get close enough right off the bat and end it. I still think MHA duo can win under these circumstances, but its incredibly close. They cant get tagged by any attack, whilst Sasuke and Neji should be able to tank some hits.
