Samus Aran vs The Deciever (necrons)

The Deciever decides to assassinate Samus aran and prepares to erase her from existence once and for all. 
Samus has all powerups but the deciever can fully penetrate hyper mode defenses.

Give me some stats on the Deceiver.

"The Deceiver" indicates that he is a master when it comes to lies and deception. His mind-tricks have led planets to their destruction and legendary leaders to their death.  The Deceiver's greatest achievements are wrought from deception and lies, its empire of fear built upon manipulation and mistrust. Subtle and charming, its web of half-truths and outrageous falsehoods have led planets to their doom and great leaders into slavery, all for the mocking amusement of the lord of deception. Necron god, knows other beings' thoughts, desires and fears.  He also drains energy from stars, planets, souls.

The C'tan are supposedly the Released souls of Stars put into Shells built by the Necrontyr.   The Necrontyr building these shells so their newly acquired gods could enter the physical world.   The C'tan then ordered the entire Necrontyr race to do the same, and they all entered shells of their own, creating the ultimate army in all of WH40k and the Likely creators of the Tyranids.

I'm gonna back the Deceiver here.

If I remember C'tan equaled if not Surpassed the Eldar gods, and the Void dragon might be up there with the chaos gods themselves.  Though the Deciever was far and away the weakest of them.

Probably, although Dark Samus did have psychic abilities to an extent.
