Sam and Dean obviously have better feats but something tells me Dexter would win. he just has that ruthless but genius edge to him.

I think you answered your own question.

One, dexter will find out they're good guys and leave them alone.

Two, if he's stalking them from shadows, he takes it. He's a little too crafty for them.

Three, if they enter in a physical fight, I can still see dexter taking it. But in a really close match. Sam and dean are good fighters, but dexter seems better.

Four, if sam and dean know someone's hunting them, stalemate. Dexter isn't getting them with them on guard, and they haven't shown enough deduction to say they can actually catch dexter.

Five, if both have knowledge and prep, sam and dean stomp.

What kind of fight is this? A random encounter goes the Winchesters' way every single time.

Sam and Dean regularly go up against superhuman beings, and sometimes they have to fight them at close quarters. In the episode with Cain, for instance, Dean had to fight a half dozen demons by himself. He had Ruby's knife, sure, but he still had to weather hits from creatures much, much stronger than Dexter, and they've been taking hits like that since Season 1.

How is this even a fair fight.Sam and Dean go up against demons and beings that are way above normal human levels and win,I don't see why they would have a problem with Dexter.

Honestly, Sam and Dean get trashed by demons more often than not, and only win due to good teamwork and plot. Having said that, they ARE competent fighters, and have a good sense of when they're being stalked. Either could beat Dexter.

On the face of it Sam and Dean should win it stupidly easy, BUT looking at how much trouble they have almost every single time they face a human instead of a monster and it could lean into Dexters favor...but not by much. I think morality becomes the issue though as Dex wouldn't kill them with his morals on knowing that they aren't actually evil themselves and the Winchesters have always kinda shied away from killing human people when they could. We would get lots of serious music with Sam saying "Dexter only kills killers, he's like us but with bad people instead of monsters. I'm not saying he's a good guy but he isn't exactly a bad guy either, especially compared to us." with Dean responding "Look, I get it. I really do but the creater of this whole situation says someone has to die before this is over" and then their phone rings, its Castiel so Dean answers and hears Cas tell him 3 words..."Team. Free. Will."

Having said that, they have jobbed here and there throughout the seasons and, as aforementioned, they have struggled with humans A LOT on the show. And they have a lot of plot armor throughout the 12 seasons. But without PIS/CIS and jobbing, Winchester brothers.

I just don't know if this matchup is a matchup of random encounter or Winchesters hunting Dexter. If it's a random encounter or just an H2H fight, Winchesters win.

Dexter being how he is could track them down thinking they are serial killers, which they basically are lol. Sam and Dean would win the fight but Dexter would make for a few good episodes in Supernatural.
