Orihime, no contest. I believe it was stated by Aizen that she doesn't actually "heal" in the traditional sense, but rather just reverts something to its state before it was destroyed.

As for who is better, I think it's objective for what you're looking for. Sakura is obviously the better fighter while still maintaining a decent healing ability. Orihime isn't really good for actual combat, but can be a better support.

Orihime, as far as healing it's not close.

Sakura triggers regeneration, that's all. Also, Naruto's is way better.

Orihime straight up rejects events. This isn't regen or conventional healing, it's like an undo button. Your arm doesn't just grow back, it's like it was never cut off in the first place.

Orihime. There is no contest between them when it comes to healing. Orihimes healing is far beyond any healing Sakura has.

I pretty much agree with the concensus so far (not that I can have an opinion on my own thread of course), but I could see someone making a solid case for Sakura being better overall. Orihime is a normal human, so if every group in Bleach's first priority wasn't to kidnap her for their own use it would have been so easy to kill her early and be done with her PIS. I'm not sure of Orihime's capacity to heal herself, but I can't remember ever seeing her do it. She's wearing a sling in the picture at the top

@gluestick: She's not really a normal human either to be honest, she does have to have some decent reactions just to put up those shields in time to block anyone

Depends on what you're after. Orihime's the better healer but Saukra's the better fighter.

As stated already here Orihime doesn't heal. If you already born with some disease she won't help you Sakura could possibly. For example if you have cancer she won't help you, also depending on the age you may live with Orihime healing you as long as she is alive. And if you give Sakura no time limit and even knowledge of what she is dealing with she is far better healer.

The only healing round i can see Orihime winning is 3-rd one.

When's the last time Sakura regrew a persons actual arm?

Round 4 depends on what you mean. Sakura is far and away the better fighter. Orihime is a level if healer Sakura will never reach. Character is up to you as a person, and who you like.

Orihime's healing is a mixture of matter manipulation and time manipulation, far superior to any healing in Narutoverse. You can create a lethal poison which Sakura can't treat, Orihime simply ignores the entire concept of injury in the first place.

healing mid fight - sakura for sure, plus there is auto-regeneration, while orihimes healing is not rly possible to use mid-fight.
overall better - this is more depending on personal opinions. as for me its sakura, she is a battle medic, while orihime is a support medic. say what you want, but sakura is a more capable fighter for sure.

P.S. naruto's healing power aren't exactly better than sakura's, but it does have its advantages - it has some kind of effect halting/stopping ability stopping 8 gates side effect, or delaying obito's death for him to give a speech. also there is some kind of restoration ability (restored kakashi's eye) both these powers are not from hashirama's cells, these are sage6 powers.
however sakura's/tsunade's regeneration jutsu are superior to naruto's self healing. it allows them to survive lethal damage and regenerate vital organs. hashirama may have some regeneration, but he cant heal himself from fatal injuries.

Orihime by a large margin

Oriheme can bring a person back to life by projecting her shield over the spot they died, even if not even a molecule remains of their being. It can easily be done as long as their reiryoku doesn't negate her's like in Ichigo's case.

I mean I'm assuming you're considering what Orihime does as healing and not low level reality/time/space/mumbo jumbo warping.

She's better at healing others just because it's so haxxx. However it cannot be used as well during combat.

Is this a joke? Orihime revived someone who had the upper half of her body vaporized. That's beyond any healing jutsu in Naruto (that I know of).

@amberprice: That's more because of his So6P regeneration ability and not because of a healing jutsu. I was referring to healing jutsus, because when it comes to regeneration, then you got guys like Gerard who regenerated from his reiatsu, and that isn't fair you know.

Orihime doesn't heal. She erases causality so the damage never happened in the first place. She doesn't below in any kind of healing competition.

Also, Sakura has stronger healing than the woman glued her own body back together after being cut in half. She's pretty damn strong.
