And you didn’t consider the attack speed for Saiyan Saga either. Mach 30 characters are able to dodge these energy blasts that are “acclaimed planet level.” Naruto and Sasuke Base travel speed is arguably Mach 100+ for running to frost to fire country in 1 minute. I don’t see how any god tiers are getting tagged by blasts Mach 30 characters could dodge scaling from Saiyan Saga Goku running snakeway from king kai planet. And piccolo moving in front of Nappa blast before it detonated, krillin and Gohan grabbing Vegeta before Recoome energy blast reached Vegeta.

But A either the blast was actually life swiper and it would’ve destroyed the surface or B it was a suicide attack from Vegeta and was actually Planet Level and would’ve destroyed the planet as well as Vegeta who is not tanking the earth destruction at this point in series.

And I’ll go with A instead since piccolo and Gohan are shocked that Frieza fan destroy planets easily in his final form. Not saying Vegeta isn’t planet level just saying it seems strange that they would be surprised by Frieza being planet level when they are supposed to be as well.

Not to mention Ki attacks Saiyan Saga and Namek Saga were dodged by people with only Mach 30 scaling from king kai goku. These Naruto god tiers would have no problem dodging Vegeta’s Ki blasts if krillin and Gohan could move Vegeta out of the way of Recoome blast, and piccolo could move in front of Nappa energy blast before it reached Gohan.

Kinshiki was trapped by kages but could one shot them indidivually. He even later broke out of the trap in movie but in manga he is absorbed instead. Also Naruto and Sasuke at 50% fought someone who absorbed Kinshiki that one shotted all kages instantly. You scaling Naruto to kages is hilarious considering even his base is superior to all of them.

Adult Naruto doesn't have anything to do with Hagoromo cuz he lost the seals years ago.

Now time for a basic 101 in dragon ball. In DB franchise, ki attacks travel faster than physical attacks. With a power level of 408 ki blasts move 50% the speed of light. Raditz with a power level of 1200 has the combat speed to dodge a 50% speed of light ki attack. Vegeta had a power level of 18,000 which is 15 times higher than Raditz power level which would make him 7.5xFTL and that a lowball since the special beam canon uses more ki than a regular ki attack then the attack that blew up the moon.

Vegeta is FTL at least 7.5xFTL. Vegeta clears.

People acting like Naruto lost power makes no sense when he’s been shown fighting worldly threats while only being at half power. He only became Hokage 5 years before Boruto series . He obviously trained on and off it’s always been in his character to train since childhood + him wanting to become Hokage still is motivation enough.

What we do know makes Goku’s FTL using scaling of quantifiable such as the piccolo blowing up the moon and Goku’s travelling half a planets distance before FTL Frieza could kill vegeta. Heck the supernova attack (it’s not supernova level it’s just the name) was caught by super Saiyan Goku’s and threw it and it blew up planets.
