Saitama vs Superman

@thetopcontender: Saitama is not holding back, both of them are going all out in this fight.
Obviously saitama.
Saitama has a broken limiter. Which means he has no upper limit to his strenght, speed durability. He stomps Superman in all aspects.
Strenght:
We saw him punching apart a star busting energy beam with A SHOCKWAVE FROM HIS PUNCH. And later we learn he was still holding back. new52 Superman's actual 100% punch didnt fo 1/100 the damage, let alone mere shockwave of it.
Durability: Despite having faced countless powerful enemies and being subect to all manner of hurt, Saitama was never seen being injured or bleeding. He survived black hole levels of gravity, being shot into the moon at FTL speeds, massive telekinesis, energy attack vaporating living beings on microscopiclevel, a barrage of punches from a giant that busted a city with an airwave following his backhand, everything without a scratch. You dont have to look far to see Superman's invulnerability to be much worse then that. He's been constantly hurt and even bleed while punched by below city level busters. He's been badly injured by a nuclear blast. No contest.
Hasn't this been done like a million times?
Why is it so hard to see that Saitama isn't meant for battle threads. All you will get is two types of responses. Saitama wins because he is not meant to be beaten, is limitless and was never once injured, etc or Saitama loses because he doesn't have any feat that come close to the other character.
And Saitama not holding back is a Saitama yet to happen except in fanfic. Zero feats, zero implied power, zero statements. Nothing to go with.
And done before. So obviously, has to be locked
We don't fucking know how truly strong Saitama is. Seemingly so called "Hax" based, physical attacks is incredibly hard to scale given it operates differently in nature against Superman's strength. I don't give in to Saitama wank either, but Saitama skeptics just go into ALL FEATISM shit and will not give in to the possibility of being wrong or the idea that Saitama could get feats one day that would pit him rivaling against Superman. While Saitama fans cannot see that Hax based strength is just instant and is not indicative of true sheer power.
Pretty much agree with Silvanus.
Saitama is not meant for battle threads. Treat him in the same sense as Bugs Bunny, we cannot quantify him negatively or positively so well.

Glad somebody said it. We don't put Arale Chan in these threads so why Saitama?
He's a parody of Battle Shonen.
Imagine Goku with the SSJ3 belt against Raditz or Naruto with the Six Paths Kurama Mode fighting Haku.
It's basically, "What if we gave our protagonist all the belts at the start of the series"?

Thats actually complete bullshit. No limit fallacy at its best. In that case we dont know full capabilties of any character. Feats matter in any battle and any point. So superman stomps.

I don't think he at any point said that Saitama beats Superman, and neither did I. I say it more strongly.
His feats are inconsistent and somewhat comical; he's not meant for battle even though he battles.
Superman indeed wins this fight. The deeper point is that it should not be a thing to begin with.
Hasn't this been done like a million times?
no, about 531 really.
This version of Superman might have the physical lifting strength advantage. Benchpressing Earth for five days while asking for a challenge is up there.
Then again, I'm unsure of how his other attributes such as speed and durability rate.
@captfalcon725: @sungsam: @silvanus: It's the show's job to show what their characters are capable of. Not our fault that Saitama's feats suck.
@lan_fan: no-selling being kicked to the moon is hardly suckage.
@tifalockhart: My argument is meant to stop people of using assumptions and start using actual feats.
@tifalockhart: For speed New 52 Superman has perceived and blitzed within a millisecond, was stated to move faster than lightning, blitzed Doomsday to Venus in less than a minute and has destroyed a cheese moon in a single panel.
For durability, Superman has tanked an attack from Straith who was able to one shot a small moon sized spaceship, tanked being thrown by Wraith from the Gobi Desert to Anapurna (a part of The Himalayas mountains) in Nepal, a distance of approximately 2,670 km/1,659 miles, delivering a multi mountain busting attack on Superman with only two broken ribs and tanked blows from Rao that were registering on seismographs in the US from the Himalayas where they were fighting. Also Superman wasn't fighting back against Rao due to fear of hurting the people connected to Rao through their faith.
@sungsam: What? So you're saying that we are free to assume a character's showing that's never shown before, just because the character hasn't tried it yet? It's completely up to the series to show what is Saitama capable of, so if his feats are shit then it's the show's fault.
Human determines capabilities based on positive showings, not just anti-showings and the writers should know this. Let's say there's a dude that never played chess before, put him against a Word Champion and see (hypothetically). Who do you think would win? Obviously the world champion, but why? Technically we don't know, since the guy hasn't shown feats nor anti-feats. I tell you why... Human determines abilities and capabilities based on showings, not just anti-showings. Without that, next thing we know, you'll be assuming that Superman and Saitama have telepathy or telekinesis because technically they haven't tried yet.
Btw, I'm free to call on your bullshits. Can't tell me what to do and expect me to follow. Who do you think you are?
@lvenger: Was Rao emiting red solar radiation during his final fight with Clark?
There really was no need to bump this, Clark slaps him silly.
