Both are in character. Juggernaut is Earth 616, and winner is by any means.
Battle location is at the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.

Stalemate.
Saitama is featless.

ha ha ha featless really have you ever read one punch man
Saitama BFR Juggs in one-punch.
You got it right bro!
Stalemate or Saitama BFR the Juggernaut.
Remember you can get lost in the endless hyperbolic time chamber and die if you stray for away from the door and can't find your way back.
How is juggs suppose to hit saitama? OPM would dance around him. OPM hasn't shown the strength to put juggs down though.
That is the very reason why I say Stalemate.
juggernaut's literal powers would mean that saitama can whale on him for hundreds of years and get nowhere. BFR would mean he can move juggernaut and throw him, but how's he gonna do that?
and unless otherwise stated in OP, we can only use what saitama's actually done.

cain does not need food or water, and can erect a force field to further render himself invulnerable.

so saitama dies of old age while juggernaut gets the immortality clause from cyttorak ?
@bloodblunts: Nothing except the guy who's a hero for fun.
Juggernaut, we really haven't seen to what extent the durability for ppl in Saitama's universe is, but as for Juggernaut he's one of the most indestructible ppl on Marvel Earth and he's got ridiculous strength too, add that to his unstoppable momentum I'd say that pulls a win for Juggernaut (at least until we see more from Saitama and the characters from his universe)
Skaar has broken through Juggernauts armor using Old Power to boost his strength. I think itll take alot, but with the speed advantage Saitama could pull this off.
@helixflameyt: He didn't break through his armor and that's irrelevant seeing as Cain wasn't even the least bit hurt by his punches.
Stalemate or Saitama
