They all trained for years Vegeta finally achieved Super Saiyan and was still not even able to beat 18 who is weaker than him.

That's going going too far. He has better strength and speed feats, and is implied to be above planet level, and if you want to go just by feats, he scales massively above Tatsumaki and Psykos who can cut continents off the face of the planet.

Where might I ask are you getting this? 17 should be somewhere in the multi planet level range and anywhere from relativistic to some unknown number of times faster than light.

@alextheboss: going by feats he's only multi continental only going by the anime can he reach planet level and raditz was able to dodge a point blank attack from piccolo the same attack reached the moon in seconds and raditz was much closer to the ki blast then the moon and raditz is fodder in late saiyan saga

He should be Star level in final form

Cell is confirmed Solar System level

17 ranks between both of these characters so yes , Large Star is perfectly sensible

I am talking about combat speed , Raditz dodged SBC which calculations put near LS , and Raditz did it without precog at point blank range

He should be either relativistic or FTL with that feat

17 is astronomically faster then Raditz, Raditz had a PL of 1,200 while Final Form Freeza had 120,000,000 and 17 is decent bit above Freeza

So yes , 17 is FTL++

As far as speed goes, Raditz could dodge Piccolo ki Blast point blank

Piccolo can vape moon with Ki Blast in like 4 seconds

Raditz is driectly in front of Piccolo unlike moon which is 1000s of miles away

Even skipping Nappa Speed Scaling, Goku would already be FTL in Kaio Ken Times 2 Low Balled

It also consistent with OG Dragon Ball speed scaling who cap at Relativistic
