I can’t see him getting past round 1 with no special abilities, Meruem is actually a skilled and strategic fighter unlike many of the ones after him. And he’s a skilled martial artist while Saitama is not.

Stops at 7, gap between 6 and 7 is really huge, u should put something in between those two.
