Hard stop at 5 if he somehow miraculously clears 4 which i doubt he would be able to. These threads will be far more interesting or at least conclusive when OPM reaches it's end, then we can take final Saitama and go from there. Right now he lacks the feats required to put up with Dragon Ball series.
He has no way to overcome actual regen. In the OPM series he just punches hard enough to overtax healing factors, but Buu really doesn't seem to have a limit like this in the first place. Not to mention, Saitama doesn't have any hax resistance against actual magic like the candy beam.
7 or 8. DC wise Captain Ginyu should be far above and not to mention he can body swap anytime which Saitama can't counter. Do you realize that Great Ape Vegeta is more powerful than Ginyu? He would realistically stop at 5.
Didn't the creator say that Saitama can punch away a universe ?
Anyways , going by feats and assuming the last punch against Boros was even half of his limit , then saiyan Saga Vegeta gives him a good fight. Great Ape beats him .
Can't get past Frieza . He for sure beats him . Even if he isn't strong enough , the bastard would destroy the planet which would lead to Saitama's death since he can't survive in outerspace .
Ginyu can stop him with body change and first form Frieza can stop him with a supernova.
So he stops at 7-8 if he lets them lands their attacks.
If Saitama throws a serious punch first he can make it to final form Frieza, but I think Frieza will survive it and kill Saitama before he is hit again, at least until Saitama gets better feats.
@alextheboss: I always forget about Ginyu's body change hax. That could get him if Ginyu lasts long enough to notice the stat gap because it's not like he opens up with it.
Via physical prowess, clears with low difficulties, Saitama is way faster too, the only thing keeping DBZ opponents ahead, is because of their energy projection output, otherwise, Saitama kills them with a tickle.
Saitama could possibly compete with Goku MUI in terms of speed:
@mr-otaku: If so, show me some scan with DB characters showing some superior physical feat without involving Ki, and I mean scans with a clear appreciation of how their fists gradually destroy the following target like here:

And don't come again with the Beerus planetary fingertip, it was caused by energy or the fight between Beerus and Champa, those scans are still uncertain, it's no clear if those planets or moons got destroyed via their kicks or fists or energy...
@mr-otaku: I think this guy is the same troll that was saying Champa destroying planet with a kick is an energy feat. Just ignore him.
No, I did never confirm that Champa or Beerus destroyed those planets with their kicks, punches or energy projection capabilities, rather, I said it once in the past that those scans do not have enough evidence how they got destroyed.
PS:
When a DB character destroys a planet, how they usually destroy one, is via energy and not via kicks or punches at all.
@abstractraze: You realise that Ki strength is tied to body strength right? Get your DB basics right brah.
That's a huge untrue, it seems you're a beginner, KI can't boost the physical abilities at an equal level to KI blasts at all.
KI blasts will always have a superior destructive capability.
DB characters are able to deflect KI blasts from potential opponents with ease, whenever the Power Level manifested as a KI field/aura, is greatly superior.
@abstractraze: I know i should ignore your noob ass but you calling me a Dragon Ball beginner is rich i say. If anything i'm one of the most competent Dragon Ball debater. So i'll humor myself by playing your little game for now. Work is boring, might as well kill some time in between.
"KI can't boost the physical abilities at an equal level to KI blasts at all." What's that? Ki blasts? Since when did Blasts boost anything? Ki is the natural energy that exists in every living being in Dragon Ball universe and it can be channelled into anything. Durability/striking strength/speed/agility all of these are tied to the level of Ki a fighter can generate and their mental focus. More Ki means more of those said abilities.
This is why Beerus for example is able to beat the post-Buu arc Z fighters with a chopstick, proof of channelling and making things stronger, giving them more structural rigidity and force. Unless you're telling me z fighters can't break a chopstick while we regular humans can do it with our fingers.
This is also the reason Goku got lasered from the back. The entire point of that was to demonstrate that mental focus plays a huge part in Ki generation and it's potency/strengthening effects. That was the whole point Whis was trying to explain to Goku. But i've seen far too many people not understand the nuance behind this.
Unless you're telling me a laser pistol has more power than Golden Frieza who was giving SSB Goku a run for his money, and SSB is stronger than SSG (red hair) in which Goku was able to create universe destroying shock waves against Beerus as well as move at speeds that even Vegeta couldn't see before he learned how to control his channeling and suppress his Ki into the point of contact. (I doubt you even understand suppression of force and implied suppression)
This point is more emphasised by Piccolo in the Return Of The Cooler movie where he explains it to Gohan while fighting against Cooler's bot army.

So please, before you call me a beginner in Dragon Ball get your basics right. But oh, what's this? I've run out of time, so play time's over. :D
DB characters are able to manifest their KI in a pure form, those creating solid rings of energy, KI blasts such as Vegeta's Galik Gun, Goku's Kamehameha and so on, then they can use this KI in order to boost their physical attributes, but as we all know, they don't have the same destructive properties as KI in its pure form for offensive purposes.
You're deviating way too much from the main subject, it's very simple actually.
PS:
A full boosted punch from Goku won't equal a full powered Kamehameha, that won't happen.
In favourable conditions for Saitama (he's serious and going for the kill and his opponent goes h2h) and if all webcomic feats are allowed, he could make it to round 10 and beyond.
In unfavourable conditions (Saitama just stands there and all opponents fly around spamming their best energy attacks), he makes it to 8 based on current feats.
