OPM fans are hilarious, they see Saitama and just immediately type "saitama wrecks" without reading anything else about the battle. Then the rare person that does try to explain why he wins says something along the lines of "we don't know his top speed or strength thus he's automatically stronger than the opponent" I literally had one dude try to tell me the reason why Boros wins a certain battle is because he melted stuff and everyone knows melting speed is ftl. That logic is just beyond sane comprehension

Now, the only question is which mentality Gilgamesh has? From Stay Night or from Extra CCC. Stay Night version will play with Saitama for a few seconds before stomping the everloving shit out of him. Extra CCC version will one-shot him immediately and return to Hakuno in less than a second.

I don't see regular Gil winning, i.e. Fate Stay Night (especially since he would likely underestimate him), but Saitama with his current feats would definitely lose to composite Gilgamesh. The games make him too OP.

In character, Saitama WILL definitely lose. He has a FATAL weakness. Saitama ALWAYS allow the opponents to hit him first. It's fine when his physical durability is OP, but it's another matter when fighting magical opponents who use reality warping weapons and powers like servants. The servant's weapons are literally designed to be a one hit kill either through power or conceptual power. Gilgamesh has Gae Bolg in his inventory and he uses it to kill Berserker in UBW by piercing his heart. It can't be dodged nor Saitama will attempt to. The conceptual weapon will destroy his heart, not because of the spear piercing through Saitama's flesh but because of the curse itself destroying the heart. So far, he hasn't shown any magical or reality warping resistance. Saitama's speed is useless because in character, he would no dodge the attack because he wants to test the opponents.

Exactly. He was MFTL and at least planet lvl, I remember a thread where he was pitted against 666: Satan and the consensus was that he won (due to the fact his powers come from weapons and Satan can't copy equipment). But yea his hax is brutal as well

Tbh I dont consider Saitama a toon force character. If he was there wouldn't be a story to OPM. When he was fighting Boros a manga panel clearly said that Saitama took damage although it wasn't alot.

Author statement means Saitama's true serious Punch hit's with half the force of a Big bang...And is casually faster then Light has infinite stamina and strength.
