Sailor Moon and The Sailor Scouts VS. Baraka

Baraka arrives in Japan to do alot of carnage to the city. Sailor Moon and her friends decided to try and defeat him. They have a 5 hour prep time. Who wins
The battle takes place in Tokyo.

Why is the President causing carnage in Japan? Doesn't he have the military for that sort of thing?

Sailor Moon would solo, the rest of the scouts make it a curbstomp. *cough* Not that I know what Sailor Moon is or anything :o
