Naruto wins without much trouble.

Naruto should be drastically faster and honestly Jugo has nothing suggesting he can react to or even take a Rashenshurken.

Naruto wins. Jugo was obviously not fast enough to keep up with Raikage but had a strong defense to trap him. Naruto is not falling for that seeing as how he jobbed the 3rd.

Unless Jugo catches Naruto off guard with his blitz he's not doing much here

Jugo while being Bloodlusted just throws random attacks and randomly charges at his opponents, so Naruto throws a Rasenshuriken and its over.
