Sage Mode Naruto vs CP9 (One Piece)

I'll back Naruto for now especially if this is EOS sage mode naruto

I think CP9 have the hax, stats and overall numbers to overwhelm normal Sage Mode but the 6 Tails might be too powerful.

CP9 wins both rounds.

If Pain can tangle with 9 tails and not get one-shotted, then the CP9 can do the same. Sure a few might die, but the top 3 will win, easily.

Sage mode could lose, 6 tails slams

4 Tails solos these guys, much less Sage Mode and 6 Tails.

CP9 fucks him up in round 1

In round 2 Rob Lucci and Kaku can put up some resistance but Naruto is eventually going to get it done

Sage mode probably one shots each one of them ngl.

Naruto both rounds, SM gives him basic Observation haki and has superior speed compared to KCM. Unlimited SM gives him unlimited rasenshuriken which gives him the offensive tools to put CP9 down. Physically Rob Lucci and maybe Kaku will give him problems but if this is EOS SM naruto with Unlimited use, then I don't see him having too many problems with a pre-skip CP9.

This a joke? Naruto easily stomps both rounds. They can't contend with him physically and they can't survive his signature jutsu. With unlimited sage mode he definitely takes it. A single rasenshuriken is going to be a TPK

Naruto overwhelms with clones

CP9 might be too fast for Pain arc naruto even with Sage mode and they should have better striking power tbh, naruto’s best bet is Rasenshurikens or frog song but both moves are pretty telegraphed and Rasenshuriken is dodgeable, especially with techniques like “moonwalk” and “shave” at play. yeaaa… Naruto gets stomped pretty bad now that I think about it

Round 2 is a bit tricky, six tails feats were’nt really that great, Stomping pain isn’t all that impressive when you realize he was fatigued and down to one path, it’s hard to really put a tier on anybody in shippuden before the war because there’s not much scaling that can be done since the best feats were circumstantial attacks, prep attacks, Ultimate full power attacks and suicidal attacks. I’d say 6 tails is at least Mountain+ scaling above the akatskui who were taking down fully transformed bijuu and jaraiya who just got beat by pain has mountain level jutsu so that might be enough to beat CP9 whithout Skypiea wank

Lucci, Kaku, and Jabara are superior to Naruto physically but Naruto wins with sage art: massive rasengan barrage. Hundreds of clones that are fast enough to tag them and dishing out mountain level rasengans is too much for them. He even put Kuruma on his ass with that move.

SM Naruto solidly but if this is just pain arc, then either Lucci, Kaku, or Jabara solo.

Clones. Strength you might manage to debate and I'm way too lazy go look back to check, but speed is definitely in Naruto's favor since he is faster than everyone you see up until that point with the exception of Obito. Scaling above Kakashi, Jiraiya, the mostly nameless ANBU, and the Paths of Pain with pretty direct feats.

You can thank Blueno for this as he tangled with Luffy in base form.

Luffy prior to the CP9 fight had tangled with Enel and was able to keep with him despite, Enel having Mantra. He even smacked away a lightning bolt in one panel. In the final clash, Golden Rifle was too fast for Enel, proving Luffy is a lightning timer.

Since Blueno kept up with base form Luffy, then he too is a lightning timer. To further confirm this we have Kalifa, blocking a lightning attack point blank from Nami:

So how does Blueno, Kalifa and the others stack with each other? Well, there is a Power level-esque system that was briefly introduced; the Douriki system.

As you can see Kalifa is bottom of the totem pole with Lucci being 6x higher than her. So he's a very casual lightning timer.

I say all this because this is Sage mode Naruto, who is not a lightning timer by this point in the story and did get tagged by Pain and lost to him. Meanwhile Pain has significantly weaker stats all over around when compared to the CP9.

I don't know how anyone thinks this Naruto can survive a fight against the CP9 even in 6 tail form.

He also has his toad gang, even excluding the bigger toads with unlimited SM he beats the cp9. Lucci is the only relevant character and he dies to an FRS.

Just taking part of my scaling from another post so you realize that Naruto has no chance.

Skypeia Arc:

Skypeia Zoro who is below Luffy can cut the Giant Jack which can no sell an entire island dropping on it easily. Luffy can disperse a like country sized dense thundercloud filled with a mass amount of lightning. Enel can easily destroy the Giant Jack and with his lightning and thunderclouds he can vaporize islands easily yet people like Zoro and Wyper can survive Enel's lightning multiple times. Since Zoro and Wyper could damage the Giant Jack which no sell an island falling ontop of it, and Enel can overpower and block a healthier Zoro's attacks and strength, then Luffy of course scales above both Enel and Zoro in physicals and has the feats to do so aswell. As such that makes it so Enel, Wyper, Zoro, and Luffy are all island level.

Water 7/Enies Lobby:

So then you have this island level Luffy (and Zoro) and guess what, they get fodderized by Blueno freaking Blueno and when they return stronger than ever Luffy can then match and out do Blueno and then fodderize him in return with his Gear 2 technique. Then Luffy continues growing even stronger and can then go and fend off decently well against a base Lucci while also in base. Yet still with Gear 2 he gives even a hybrid Lucci a good fight and even still when Lucci uses Seimei Kikan/Kami-e to make his form more agile to keep up with Gear 2. So even though visual feats are a little lacking in Enies Lobby we see that Cp9 and the Strawhats are growing insanely in power from Water 7 (post Skypiea) all the way to Enies Lobby.

TLDR: Any one of the Cp 9 win against Sage Mode Naruto handily while against 6 tails like at best can give Kaku or Jabra a good fight maybe. Using the entirety of Cp 9 is a mismatch against Naruto is a mismatch.

@kajin_style: Luffy isn't a lightening timer at all in the Skypiea arc. There's several times where he doesn't dodge the lightning and also he still gets hit by that same lightening he tried to kick away. It's an outlier.

Aye, cause he was caught with an attack in mid-air, landed and was confused. So he let himself get hit, repeatedly by Enel until they both realize the lightning was doing nothing to him.

Afterward they fight and Enel only manages to dodge Luffy and his attacks thanks to his Haki. The moment Luffy does something unpredictable like using Gumo-Gumo Fireworks, Enel can't keep up with the speed and gets clobbered.

Later on, Luffy prepares Golden Rifle and when it launches Enel says it is too fast and gets clapped.

So yes, Luffy is a lightning timer, he beat a lightning man and his attack was faster than Enel's lightning powers and haki combined.

Well, if you just go with straight scaling otf feats from everything up to both points of the story, then Pre-Skip Lucci is a lot stronger then Pain. (Gets Lucci to Island level to Island level+) But there is a Pain meta that exist I believe using the War Arc where you can wank him up to country level. (not saying I agree but it exist) If you use the higher end Naruto scaling, then Pain wins. Most people will stay conservative and say Pain is island level with his strongest attack though.

Depends on the which scaling you choose to use.

That's not a Mountain level feat by the way, if we assume those mountains are avg size which is 300-600m then you'r looking at a Town Level feat, seeing how big those trees are this certain that those mountains are on the smaller size.

seeing as how Naruto Rasenshuriken during Kakuzu Era is easy to calc with Small Town Level AP/DC roughly 1Kiloton then using a multiplier of 10-100 for Sage mode = Town Level

if the explosion/shockwave was 10x bigger in diameter then yes you have yourself a City/Mountain level feat.

people really need to understand that having an explosion or boom that is as big as a mountain does not mean is Mountain Level. a Town Level Boom is roughly 1km which is bigger than avg size Mountain.

since people are visual with Explosions if you want a boom that is MOuntain level is gonna be at least 10-20km

people really misunderstanding Town Level feats as Mountain level very often.

but yes Naruto still wins this fight because this level of power is more than enough to 1 shot everyone in Cp9 of course assuming its Pre Time Skip Cp9

Enel gets clapped by golden rifle because he's using the gold as a conductor that was literally explained and because his rubber properties made it so he wasn't affected by his lightning and thus hit him. Literally the entire reason he was able to hit him in the 1st place. Bypassed his haki because he was not thinking. It was made pretty clear that he fought like that to be unpredictable. Not because he was physically fast lmao. There was literally no other time he kept up or blitzed Enel in speed. None whatsoever.

Base Lucci solos

Luffy couldn't follow Enel for a short period time because he kept teleporting. In terms of actual CQ combat speed, Luffy had no problem keeping up with Enel. Even blitzed his ultimate form with a heavy ass Giant Golden Ball stuck to his arm. (would logically be much faster without it)

Also Kakuzu arc rasenshuriken ≠ Sage Mode Rasenshuriken. It's also funny you say it would need to be 10x stronger when Sage mode is literally shown to multiply someone's abilities by 10x. Look at the 1st time Naruto used giant rasengan and then look at the time he used with sage mode. A Sage mode rasenshuriken is quite literally 10x stronger than the one he used with kakuzu. Even then a inferior version of sage mode called curse mark is stated twice to multiply someone by 10x. Sage mode being the superior version to that is obviously held to the same standard at the very least. So you kinda proved your own counter point.

Luffy literally says that he can't keep up becuase of Enel's Mantra... I showed this in my #46 post... but whatever I'll show it again. The reason why Luffy had such a hard time and devised his Space-out and Octupus Fireworks techniques and such was purely becuase Luffy couldn't deal with Enel's Mantra at the time and had to improvise (Enel and Luffy even talk about it). Here's all the pages for it.... if you can't understand after these just read chapters 280-281 to get the full picture.

Luffy against Enel the lightning human was able to dodge and hit Enel despite Enel's speed... so Luffy > Enel in speed... only when Enel is using Mantra is Enel > Luffy... but by the end of the Skypeia Arc Luffy while slowed still blitzes an Enel who's using Mantra:

In fact this Enel is in his strongest form (Amaru) yet was still saying "He's Fast" to that Luffy.

And guess what this is JUST Skypeia we haven't even got to Long Ring Long Land or Water 7/Ennies Lobby where they just get faster and faster and much much faster.

In fact the perfect example to showcase that Luffy is faster than Enel but his Mantra makes up for the differance is when Enel is attacked by Luffy's Gatling then later attacked by his Octupus Fireworks which is essentially a gatling that ricochet off the wall.

We see that Enel gets battered by the Fireworks yet could easily ignore the Gatling.

TLDR: Speedwise scaling is: End of Skypeia Arc Luffy > End of Skypeia Nerfed Goldenball Luffy > Amaru Mantra Enel >= Mantra Enel > Mid Skypeia Fight Luffy > Base No Mantra Enel >= Lightning Speed.

And that's the tip of the Iceberg as that isn't even onto CP9 who are leagues stronger and faster than this version of Luffy... and guess what Sage Mode Naruto is gonna have to fight an entire squad of these type of people where even like one of the weakest (Blueno) can fodderize a stronger version of Luffy than the one which fought Enel at the end of the arc.
