Sage Mode Kabuto, who fought Reanimated MS Itachi & EMS Sasuke at the same time.
Orochimaru, this is Orochimaru in his Prime with a healthy body and he has the use of both of his arms.
This battle takes place in two places, because it can impact the outcome of the fight. One fight takes place in an open area, like outside in the woods or an open clearing. The second one takes place in the same cave where Kabuto fought Itachi & Sasuke. The reason is because Kabuto can affect the terrain with his Sage Chakra and I'm curious if Orochimaru could handle it or will he struggle with it, as much as Sasuke & Itachi did.
So who takes this fight, the apprentice or the master?
Kabuto wins this fight quite easily. He's assimilated Orochimaru's DnA, so he possesss the bulk of Orochimaru's physical abilities. Factor in the massive boost Senjutsu provides Kabuto combined with his enhanced sensory capabilities and Orochimaru will never touch Kabuto. SM Kabuto is out of Orochimaru's league.
This is without getting into Kabuto's Sound Based Genjustu and White Rage that could easily immoblize Orochimaru and serve as a OHK.
To be fair, Kabuto has always held Oro at such high-esteems and done noting but praise him (Not every occasion ofc but pretty much the majority of the time, its how it was). Admitting inferiority doesn't disprove or disregard the fact that Kabuto is definitely a worthy opponent for him after acquiring SM. With all that knowledge he has on him and having a shot to test out SM before the latter ever could, Kabuto should honestly feel confident going into this fight.

They both have literally the exact same Arsenal aka Sound 4 Abilities/Taka/Snake stuff e.t.c. Kabuto has special Senjutsu abilities while Orochimaru has a much vaster arsenal of ninjutsu as well as far superior physical strength.

Is straight up clarifed in the manga that Sage Mode Kabuto already suprassed Orochimaru, and at the same time is said that he posses a better control of the powers from The Sound 4 that Orochimaru is said that he cannot sustain into his weak body, can use Senjutsu chakra to make himself stronger and have more jutsus that Orochimaru never could obtain, had a more powerful summoning than Orochimaru which is better than Manda in everyway, and even a superior control of the Edo Tensei which are the main jutsus that Orochimaru ever used through the whole series while having his arms, otherwise he still limited himself mostly to use snakes jutsus with or without his arms. Futhermore, Orochimaru after being resurrected and having a chakra bump also claimed inferiority compared to Sasuke while Kabuto was dealing with that Sasuke (who stated going seriously clariying that Kabuto would not easily even If he attempts to murder them) and a healthy Itachi at the same time, that despite that Itachi said that he did not wanted to kill him, Kabuto still nearly killed Sasuke if not for Itachi and even left healthy Itachi with lethal injures and his Tsuyukomi useless, meanwhile a sick Itachi is stated by Orochimaru to be far stronger than himself and Itachi instantly stomped Orochimaru even when The Sannin caught him off guard. He has all five elements, which is still useless to make idolized fantasies about of OP he would be with it, since through the entire of the series Orochimaru never used any jutsu besides Snakes Jutsus aside from one single, pretty average, Katon jutsu once against Hiruzen to only support the Edo Tenseis, either in Part I, Part II or Boruto all of those moments with his arms. Orochimaru gave more time to learn forbidden jutsus, such as The Edo Tensei itself, he clearly saw more useful to adquire Snakes techniques that any other offensive jutsu he might have with chakra natures. He also never shown the remotely concept of being capable of replicate a KKG, in fact it was stated that he would need to posses the body to even adquire that, just like in the case for having Kimimaro bones or for Sasuke sharingan. Possibilly falling inside The Tsukuyomi might be an important factor, but Orochimaru himself already clarifed that teen sick Itachi was far stronger than himself which is also supported by Itachi being capable to keep up with Kyubi Chakra Mode Naruto that suprass the four tails and has stats enough to put down High Kage Tiers easily, plus unlike Kabuto, Orochimaru cannot seal away his own eyes, Kabuto in Sage Mode had impressive sensorial skills due Sage Mode to the point that his sight was useless, even better than Naruto that can dodge The Third Raikage just due Sage Mode sensorial skills.
