Both of these characters have 1 eye, virtually identical height, grab and lift their opponents by the head and a few more similarities.

No rocket launcher for nemesis

No tiger shot (or other projectiles) for sagat

Round 2

restrictions removed from previous round

@kgb725: no that was evil ryu and he caught sagat off gaurd. and not only that it was the very beginning of the series.

@fat_hobo389: There is no evil Ryu just Ryu succumbing to the Satsui no Hado. That makes no difference Sagat isn't ryus superior

3. I just saw a comic of Nemesis using his tentacles to take down a helicopter.
4. Since this is my own thread i won't pick a winner but i remember people were referencing street fighter comics so I thought this would help balance it out.
