Luffy and Zoro are pre time skip. The ladies are EoS.

Depends on the arc. The sisters win if it's any part of One Piece prior to Enies Lobby. Otherwise, they get stomped, with Luffy possibly soloing.

@mrunsmiley: nice joke. They have 0 damage to put down Ryuko, and Satsuki will just cut him since their main weapons are made to cut thing not blunt force. They're way faster (at least Ryuko is mach 40000 reaching space in seconds) + Zoro tries to not fight females

Kill la Kill should win, Ryukos regen is way too much for them to overcome with Luffys blunt force and Satsuki can hold Zoro off long enough for Ryuko to decapitate him.

If it's Kisaragi Ryuko she lolstomps.

@chaos239: It's EoS, still a stomp though. As you said, her regeneration and attack power is way too much for the pre-timeskip Duo.

@vooon: Yeah but Kisaragi Ryuko would be EoS as she was the last Synchronised fight unless you wanna use base Ryuko from the OVA.

@chaos239: Yep, I'm pretty sure we are using the OVA version.

@vooon: then they lose since the OVA version doesn't have Senketsu.
