Richard Dragon, Bronze Tiger and maybe Lady Shiva would all give him good fights. Not sure they could win though. Iron Fist would also give him a good fight. Wolverine could probably take him. Batman could take him given enough prep time. But other street level fighters without any powers or strength enhancement stand no chance.
