Team 2 pretty handily. Mace is in a different league to anyone here, you should take him out of it. Without him, Dooku and Jinn have a long fight while Luke and Ahsoka take on and potentially beat a bloodlusted Vader and Kenobi beats Maul.
Team 2 either with Mace (in which case they win in a borderline stomp) or without (hard fight).
Team 2 , they would simply overwhelm their opponents through sheer numbers. Although I could see team 1 winning by exploiting the inferior skill of some of their opponents.
