Bobbi but it’s super close. Clint is in the Top 5 or so of CQC combatants in the MCU. Bobbi is number 3ish (she’s nearly equal to Melinda and Nat).

Clint. She’s a better fighter but the sword is a big advantage.

Highly doubt Bobbi would be written to beat Clint in universe. She might win based on feats though.

Bobbi's fight with Vin Tak is more impressive than Clint's fight with T'Challa in terms of raw hand to hand, she fought him for longer, she never got taken down, she made more headway that we know of and he's got leagues better stats, more impressive skill and probably even better durability on top of a superior weapon - his fight with Sif is well beyond Panther's abilities.

Vin Tak's only advantage over T'Challa in the suit is raw strength - T'Challa is a much harder opponent to fight and he fought him for double the time period and made far more headway putting him in a legit chokehold.

Honestly, if any AoS agents are given respect in-verse when it comes to sheer melee compared to the film agents, they'd be Bobbi and May.

I can see them beating Clint, just because his main thing is being a bowman and I don't think the filmmakers would see it as a disservice if a top combat agent outmatched him in melee.

That being said, I think it'd be a lot closer than what a pure feats view might present. Clint would be a beast in a crossover.

Bobbi wouldn't fight Clint in a crossover. They'd dump Hunter and Laura and get married, then they'd have adventures together killin' bad guys and fighting aliens.

Who do you think is more skilled? Bobbi or T'Challa?

@rbt: Bobbi might be more skilled per se but T'Challa's fighting ability is a tier above hers. Bobbi is in no capacity able to replicate his feats against Killmonger and Bucky even if (big if) she's slightly more skilled than either.

Clint being able to keep up with that fighting ability and managing to get a person in that tier in that sort of vulnerable position is a feat beyond any unenhanced street tier character in AOS, the only one able to replicate that sort of headway against T'Challa tier opponents without context or outside amps is Yo Yo.

How are you differentiating between skill and fighting ability? Do you mean overall effectiveness in h2h because of stats and skill?

Vin Tak's overall fighting ability isnt even comparable to T'Challa. He lost to Sif someone I rate comfortably below super soldgiers in combat and resorted to a cheap shot to defeat her. T'Challa has solid wins over Bucky and superiority to Killmonger, he dispatches outriders with more casualness than Sif did to Frost Giants despite her having a sword. He's faster, more durable, more skilled, more agile. Sif's only advantage is raw strength based on the RV feat which doesnt always translate perfectly in the middle of combat.

Bobbi didnt make any headway against Vin Tak, in both fights all she managed to do was land first blow. Clint put him in a headlock he could only break because of his vibranium claws. Now you decide which is more impressive: getting your opponent in a headlock or landing forst blow.

Fighting someone out of your weight class isnt just about their overall skill. 2 fighters in a ring both had similar training, similar skill only one of them happens to be 5x stronger than the other. The weaker fighter is gonna get ragdolled. Weight classes are a thing for a reason in wrestling and other sports is a thing for a reason.
