Not only does Rocky have the weight class advantage....but he has the advantage of being a fictional character who is borderline superhuman at times.

Mayweather is a WW the heaviest he's been for a fight is 152 I think. He started at 130 and WW is at 147. Even though I'm sure he won the belt at 154. Mismatch.

If you ignore the weight advantage Rocky has, Mayweather's too much of a little shit to fight Rocky's style, Mayweather would smother him and win by points. It's a disgusting style, but it'd be VERY effective against Rocky

Floyd mayweather has no punching power to keep rocky off him.. he would get slaughtered if he tries to trade blows.

But he could win on points if he runs and potshots and clinches.

Rocky should win. He was a cruiserweight at 198 lbs. while Mayweather fights around 151. If Mayweather could stay away the WHOLE fight he has a slight chance to win. But thats unlikely.
