Since logia intangibility is restricted Lee stomps and Smoker doesn’t have the durability feats to survive, nor does he have the power to put lee down white blow isn’t cutting it.

Lee puts him down faster than Vergo.

Adult Lee might be able to win but Teen Lee with 6 gate is not gonna cut it.

I was going to say they would stalemate till I saw smokers logia intangibility restricted and lee has anime feats. Now I'm just leaning on Smoker jobbing in some small way in this fight and Lee taking advantage of the opportunity starts going ham on his ass! Winning this fight with mid-diff though still since this still Teen Lee fighting here.

Without logia, i would back Rock lee, because Smoker's feats aren't very clear cut.

@kingone: most of his feats when he is actually hit shows he can take hits. And his intangibility is restricted, even if you say other wise this is far from a smoker stomp.

Something I noticed, specifically in his fight with Doffy, is Smoker's logia movement(?) is still part of his body. When Doffy attacked just the smoke, Smoker got hit which implies he's still apart of the smoke. So if this holds true Lee will only need to hit the smoke, not necessarily Smoker.
