I don't believe he can win, but his best feats are:

Strength:Pulls a man with Grapple Gun.

Durability:Tanks jumping off buildings and shrugs off getting smashed out of a window onto a car.

Speed: Evades a gunshot, Again.

Skill:

• Beats 3 Agents.
• Beats a dozen guards while drugged.
• Beats 3 Members of the Nuclear Family, who beat Hawk and Dove who has great combat speed.

Gear:

• Shurikens (Accurate enough to hit eye shots).
• Smoke Bombs.
• Grapple Guns.
• Staff.
