Lucci is physically superior lucky sasuke he has cutting attacks. Its gonna be a tough battle though. Nothing short of high diff without genjutsu that is.

Could go either way. No knowledge hurts both characters and they are tied for advantages in CQC- Lucci has far higher strength and durability, not to mention his tekkai would no sell Sasuke’s sword strikes and might even shatter it. However Sasuke is faster and his Sharingan should prevent him from getting tagged but one mistake and he’s dead: Lucci would one-shot with Shigan, Rankyaku and Rokuogan if they land and the has a surprise grab with his tail that the Sharingan needs to notice in time. However Sasuke would also deal debilitating damage with Chidori that should pierce tekkai so CQC for him is high risk, high reward only with Chidori. Standard attacks Lucci’s tekkai would just no sell and if he manages to grab Sasuke, the strength disparity is such that Lucci would crush him in an instant.

Sasuke’s best bet though is to just keep his distance and use genjutsu, but without knowledge I doubt that would be his go to move. Lucci’s mobility advantage shouldn’t be undersold either, he could stay in the air with Geppo and spam rankyaku or tobu Shigan to try to tag Sasuke and wear him down.

A saving grace for Sasuke perhaps though is that Lucci is prone to getting overconfident with his tekkai: if he sees Sasuke charging him with Chidori, Lucci in character might try to tank it which wouldn’t end well for him.

Sasuke wins via genjutsu and kirin.

Lucci should win more times than not, with Sharingan sasuke would obviously know that Lucci is not someone he should try to H2h or get close to so he would go into Range and use Jutsu, but Luccy is very versatile with Geppo, sasuke can also fly via C2 so he could still keep range but the problem here is sasuke does not posses infinite charkra nor near the stamina that Lucci has, lucci can fight for hours or run around sasuke all day if he wants but sasuke can only fire of so much ninjutsu before he turns into fodder, there is also Lucci abnormal Defense which wont be easy to injure him even with jutsu, Kirin cant be used as part of the creation was Amaterasu that is not present here.

as for genjutsu well please read naruto and kishimoto rules, unless its some extreme genjutsu like IT or mangekyou type which sasuke does not posses then follow the rules created by its writer.

Sharingan also allows him to copy moves to add to his already diverse arsenal

Chidori and its variations stun him and allow for fatal moves

Fire style variations burn him badly

Kirin would just seal the deal

Curse Mark would decimate as Jirobo's curse mark multiplied his power by x10 And Sasuke's curse mark is said to be the best, so most likely x20 increase.

But Lucci can still win, I just see Sasuke winning more times than not. 8/10

Honestly Lucci should take it pretty handily at this point, only thing stopping him would probably be Genjutsu and Chidori

Rob Lucci has a chance, but it's low and depends on him using his superior strength to catch Sasuke off guard. One arc later and Rob doesn't stand a chance in hell.

If Rob Lucci didn't start in base I'd back him more, but in base he's probably going to lose before he figures out Sasuke's tricks and how dangerous he is.
