@tjakrabirawa: I'd give it to Lucci. He's currently in CP0 meaning he definitely had to learn haki to secure such a spot. I'd probably say even pre-timeskip lucci could pull this as well
Base Carrot dodged a slash from Zoro, Lucci can’t touch her in Sulong however she has no feats to hurt him so stalemate.
