Rinnegan sasuke vs minato

This isn't a debate of who wins, more so a debate of who's faster? so... who's faster?

Sasuke with the Rinnegan has Sage of Six Paths power and blitzed Jubidara.

He is obviously faster.

Minato is faster then any non Six Paths or Otsusuki character though.

Sasuke but it will a hard fight.

Minato's basic movements are faster than lightning.

Remember when Minato fights Raikage at Full Speed Mode and Minato was very calm and had to move his hand while his face is almost hit by Raikage at Full Speed Mode.

Clearly that Raikage was faster than lighting.

But Sasuke has gone trough that and has improve better than Minato in many aspects.

Minato & Raikage aren't Tens Tails Jinchurki level in speed.

And if it were a fight, it wouldn't be close fight at all.

UNS4 makes me feel like Minato has the better teleportation techniques and skills while overall, Sasuke is a better set as he has other rinnegan abilities as well as his own speed to make him a powerhouse. So if this was a contest of maneuvering around and dodging, I'd have to give Minato the win.

However, the big problem I see here is his sussano that would automatically block out minato's kunais. Ofc, he could still mark him and teleport around his massive bost if he wanted to, throwing hits then and there to wear the defense down and eventually breaking through.

I'd see this being an extremely tough fight for Minato to win so I'd give him this 3.5/10. This may be a little high, but he's Minato, the yellow flash, the clutch master who figured out Kamui years before anyone else.

Sasuke should be at least at Naruto's speed which is FTL. Minato's best speed feat was dodging the Raikage, which puts him at Massively Hypersonic+.

Sasuke's teleportation is literally instant. Minato's is close to instant but he has to move through a space-time dimension so it isn't really instant. Sasuke can also react to much faster attacks

Kcm is fast, base has decent reaction but slower than raikage.

Sasuke is fast enough to cut Madara while Minato is not fast enough

Sasuke was able to react and hit Shinju Tree Madara, Sage Mode Minato got blitzed by Six paths Madara without shinju tree and KCM Minato nearly got killed by Juubito, so it should be clear that Sasuke is faster in raw speed and reactions. Ameno and FTG are both instant on activation, but since Sasuke can react and move faster he would be able to use Ameno before Minato could use FTG (supposing there is a object or person Sasuke can Swap with and that there is a FTG mark already placed by Minato). In conclusion any form of Minato gets blitzed by Sasuke before he can jump with FTG and that's from Sasuke not using Ameno, with Ameno Minato gets blitzed by Sasuke even faster.

Not even close, any rikudou enhanced character is faster than none rikudou enhanced character bar 8 gates guy, he is the only exception.

This is ludicrous. Saskue is obviously faster as per his on panel feats. Such as blitzing a superior job to the one Minato was unable to blitz.

He also has a better form of Teleportation.

Sasuke, and it's not close. Look yeah w/ FTG minato can instantly teleport, but you have to take in to accounts his reaction speed and combat speed, if he cant react to something, he can't use FTG to get out the way. Look at when he tried to blitz ten tails madara for example, he got one shotted and couldn't even react. Whereas sasuke is far faster in terms of both reaction and combat speed than that exact very version of madara, as he scales to naruto without the cloak, if not stronger, who made a complete joke out of madara. Hell he even used amenotejikara effortlessly to troll 1 rinnegan god tree absorbed madara, and he blitzed 1 rinnegan god tree madara (although you could say madara wasn't trying.)

All in all, sasuke would effortlessly blitz minato, minato can't blitz sasuke. sasuke is faster.

they are both instant, if ur referring to TP, but one is clearly faster than the other in combat speed, Naruto can evade LF, but got tagged by Sasuke's TP, and that Naruto that got tagged is faster than the Juubidara Minato failed to TP blitz.

Teen Sasuke is comparable to Juudara in combat, reactions, travel and movement speed. 1 eyed pre Shinju Juudara casually blitzed edo sage mode Minato while Juubito casually blitzed KCM Minato. FTG while instant is useless if Minato can't react to use it in time (as shown via Juudara blitzing him) and even then Sasuke has short distance instant swapping. So Rinnegan teen Sasuke is above any Minato in any speed (Travel, combat, movement, reaction).
