Rick and Morty vs. Marvel/DC Pantheon

Rick vs Marvel team: Reed Richards, Tony Stark

Rick vs. DC team: Composite Braniac (has intelligence and knowledge from all Braniacs), Lex Luthor

Round 1: Both Rick and the team get 3 days prep time.

Round 2: Both Rick and the team get 1 year prep time.

Fight to the death. Assume the pantheon is in character, but the loser has his/their entire multiverse blown up and that they're aware of this (to give incentive for Reed and Doom to actually work together and stuff).

No time travel (otherwise it's going to be a continuous "character A goes back in time, but then B goes back in time to stop A and then A goes back in time to stop B from going back in time, blah blah blah"), but dimension hopping/timeline hopping is allowed. The caveat is that they must kill the specific version that's in their dimension (ie, Rick has to kill 616 Tony Stark, he can't just hop to an alternate dimension where Tony is a turtle and kill turtle Tony).

Rick is overrated as hell, both teams shitstomp.

The Rick and Morty fanbase is officially a cancer.

He does take out the equivalent of 2 multiversal threats out pretty easily by himself. He ain't a god but I'd say his phlebtonium levels are easily beyond Richard's, for example.

Rick gets annihilated, most of the Marvel team can solo and arguably anybody except Bruce on the DC side.

@force_echo: I'd still argue Rick gets destroyed. Reed alone has done things well out Rick's paygrade like create Celestial destroying guns that were more powerful than alternative universe Infinity Gauntlets.

Composite Brainiac would include feats like creating Pulsar Stargrave, a being powerful enough to stomp Pre-Crisis Kryptonian level characters, characters like Superboy who can tow planets like baseballs and fly so fast he time travels. Nevermind his New 52 showings of soloing all of DC Earth with just one of ships as something he can casually do from outside of the New 52 universe.
