Frank wins both rounds , unless Diaz is using his steroids.

Could really go either way. Ricardo has a definite advantage in a pure fist fight MMA scenario. Diaz probably wins eventually but still I wouldn’t count Frank out. But the weapons and stealth round is very close. They both have excellent feats of clearing rooms or buildings with style in that scenario.

Frank isn't winning H2H.

In this fight although Oliver ultimately gets him in a choke, Diaz lands more hits than the latter, both are on the same tier of H2H Skill.

Frank does not come close to Oliver's tier of skill.

Diaz is no slouch in physicals too, taking numerous hits from Oliver and even bending a wooden pillar by ragdolling Oliver.
