i'll say it again, after looking at everything I don't think Rey was AMP beyond her full powers.

in the Movie she asked the Jedi of the past to help her fight strength to fight, and then they restored her full powers again.

with that being said it doesn't take away from Rey being pretty much bad characters mainly because everything came so easy for her.

If we count Vader from the third movie before he became a cripple, he would win. I think at that point he could have killed Palpatine if he didnt encounter Padme before his fight with Obi wan.

@ace786ace: Yoda said Obi-wan needed to go after Anakin because the Emperor was too powerful for him, so that means Palpatine>ep3 Anakin. Also with current Disney canon, Vader is stronger than Anakin now.

in the Movie TROS Rey wasn't amp Beyond he max power, she asked the Jedi to give her back the strength to fight...since Sidious force Drained all her powers.

As I said, the only thing she did was blocked Sidious attack with a light saber, If Rey was >TROS Sidious(Sith Amp) then she would have been able to send Sidious Force lighting Back with Tutaminis

What was shown from the movie, there is no proof that Vader couldn't have done the same thing since all she did was blocked his attack with a light saber.

The lightning rey took was from a significantly more powerful/amped palpatine.

What im still wondering was did the lightning end up killing her after all or was it the amp that killed her like what happened to Luke?

While Rey seemed slightly more proficient with using the force in her fights, as seen when she stopped kylo's blade from coming close to her; Vader has the greater force power. If she had more training in the force she definitely would be on or above his level.

Rey will probably sense his hesitation once he feels that she's also a skywalker/palpatine. As vader has a soft spot for those of his bloodline he wont rightly kill her. They'll try to hash it out at first but if a fight does ensue I don't think vader will win.

Rey isn't winning this one without being dogwalked though.
