Red hulk vs Superman
Rulks absorption abilities should come in handy and his durability should allow him to survive an initial blitz, still see Superman winning though
Current Superman is the one from Post-Crisis. If we aren't taking that as a factor, Rulk wins. If so, Supes blitzes and can deal pretty good damage.
Rulk wins, his energy absorption and the fact he'll be constantly getting stronger as he gets madder gives him an edge over supes.
After thinking Rulk could easily beat him with draining and if not he could at least give Superman a beatdown after the initial blitz
@sonochinosadame: Rulk doesn’t get stronger with rage just hotter (he can actually overheat if he goes overboard), unless something changed.
Clark‘s got pretty much ever advantage, Rulk’s only hope is draining, then again Supes has speed on his side so he can probably end the fight quick enough more times than not.
Why threads like this always get this kind of attention? this battle is like common sense that SUperman is above Red Hulk, but when is some C-Lister characters battle never done before is made, no one gives a crap

You answered your own question.
OT: Clark slaps unless Rulk drains. Really not that complicated.
Superman beats the crap out of him.
@jiggs1234: Is Rulk allowed to have the LoebForce?
Superman
Superman beats the crap out of him.
Clark beats the everloving shit out of him
@jaggernutt: OP doesn't state he has Leob Force.
@takenstew22 : Why does Loebforce need to be stated? It’s not like an actual amp or anything.
Because he was in PIS mode while written by Leob, obviously.

I sorta meant that as a joke. But you are correct. That horrendous comic that I posted scans from is technically considered cannon. Unless something has changed recently.
@takenstew22: I mean thats still not really an amp, and Loeb created the character and depicted him as powerful and ridiculous as he thought he should’ve been. I mean, he very much had that character decay over time and streamlined eventually, but still, not an amp. Just showings to be really tossed out.
and Loeb created the character and depicted him as powerful and ridiculous as he thought he should’ve been.
Which is why it's called Leob Force.
@takenstew22: But it’s not an actual amp. So not like it has to be stated.

Actually "Leob Force" was explained as the excess energy from Rulk's draining from massive energy sources (Gamma, cosmic or otherwise) building up over time (as per MODOK's design) to make him stronger and stronger. When he renounced it due to health problems, he lost that extra power and thus was weaker.

But later versions don't have the same ridiculousness as Leob does. So yeah, it kinda does.

I thought that was a meme because Jeff Loeb wrote the story.

Rulk was all over the place in that story. I couldn't tell when he was amped by the energy he absorbed or got rid of it.
@jaggernutt: I Think Doomsday Outclass The Hulks Since Superman Died Fighting Him
@takenstew22: Red Hulk wasn’t all over the place with Loeb. He just used his draining powers a lot more often. MODOK explained that’s what made him such a powerhouse and that wasn’t even under Loeb’s pencil. There’s no LoebForce, just Red Hulk using his powers like he was intended to do.

Nah that's the "funny" meme that people use because they didn't actually read the series and just seen Rulk beating up guys like Terrax.

Pretty sure that's Pre-Crisis Superman, and is that crossover even canon?
Also, I think I saw a scan of Hulk actually K.O.ing him in that issue.

That doesn't exactly explain how he was able to drain beings such as the Watcher, or fly through Dormammu with Surfer's powers, or struggling against other mid/high tiers with the same power. Again I don't exactly know what Leob wanted Rulk to be at.
@professorrespect: unfortunately, but some C-Lister are interesting, maybe people in general just don't see it,
