There’s a reason no one bit......but I’ll be the one to bump it anyway. Of course Jason wins. Easy. Falcon is nowhere even close to him skillfully or tactically.

Why can't marvel just give Falcon feats like all the other street levelers...have him dodge a couple bullets and be a martial arts master

You really think he's that bad? He's seemed pretty legit from his recent showings as Cap and then his current run as Falcon

I was thinking of restricting Jason's gear more to maybe make it more even?

In unarmed combat, Jason would definitely win, but I think with full gear, Falcon would definitely be a good match for Jason

Falcon is stronger and more durable. Red Hood has a skill edge and speed is about equal. I'd lean Falcon he has more advantages and the skill difference shouldn't be too large.

Falcon can also just summon hundreds of birds on Red Hood.

Jason takes a majority I'd say but Sam makes him work for it.
