Aizen and Madara are on the same level of intelligence (Aizen is a little more smarter than Madara though) so they would have advantage due to their mind fuckery techniques. Madara's Genjutsu and infinite Tsukoyomi may not work because Superman has no Chakra. So, Aizen's KS gives him an edge but hence they both are working together means that Superman has to Blitz them both at the same time because if he even looks at Aizen or Madara, then he's probably in a big trouble.

Imagine Kyouka Suigetsu and nfinite Tsukoyomi together. Superman is dead if he won't finish them in the start only. Aizen puts him in KS and then tells madara to caste an Infinite Tsukoyomi, Boom! He's lost already.
