Raven, not sure how close it would be but I would back her.

Raven beats canon Vader. From what I've heard people say about legends Vader though, she could lose badly. She doesn't really have an answer for TK unless we use speculate about her magical capabilities.

I don't think anyone in Rwby can beat Legends Vader. But then again I just started watching so who knows.

From what I've seen of RWBY, Legends Vader would blitz through everyone.

Not sure about the first round, but the second one is definitely his win. He is basically superior in every category and has some nice tricks with the force too.
