As far as matchups, I'll do these outside of the gauntlet format.
Round 1: Batroc the leaper (combat knife)
Ra's has more feats and Batroc has none with weapons. Ra's by default.
Round 2: Matt Murdock (twin batons)
Ra's had a few higher end showings. Matt will go down.
Round 3: Brock Rumlov (twin batons)
Brock was too linear as a fighter. I see him being evaded and stabbed.
Round 4: Stick (bow staff)
Ra's best fight yet. Stick just doesn't have the feats to win this within CV's feat system.
Round 5: Grant Ward (machete)
Grant has good skills. I could see him taking it to h2h and winning. It's a toss up.
Round 6: Clint Barton (bow, without any arrows)
Without ranged capability, Clint doesn't have the feats.
Round 7: Nobu (Kyoketsu-shoge)
I'd give Nobu a decent shot, though Ra's should take him based on feats. Beating Oliver is better then almost beating Matt.
Round 8: Melinda May (bow staff)
May should win.
Round 9: Bobbi Morse (twin batons)
Not commenting.
Round 10: Natasha Romanoff (twin batons)
Natasha could win, this fight is hers to lose in my opinion.
Round 11: Red Skull (machete and combat knife)
If Skull can tank a sword to the chest he should take it. I'm giving it to Ra's based on lack of durability vs piercing weapons and Ra's being more skilled.
Round 12: Steve Rodgers (sword)
Steve ditches the sword and uses enhanced physicals in conjunction with massive skills to roflstomp Ra's with his bare hands.
Bonus Round: Lady Sif (sword)
Sif. Without a scratch on her.
