I would say Venom should be faster than Loki as he was contending with Peter.Also daggers are not the best weapon to cut a head off.

Sure but he cannot put him down and Loki will eventually tag him, he is not slow at all, he should scale to MCU Spiderman who is at last as fast as Raimi spiderman

Why does Loki scale from Spider-Man?

Given their size, sharpness and Lokis striking they can easily do that in one swing

Thor should be at least on Spiderman level, he was able to move while Cap and flying IM were statues, he casually deflected attacks that blitzed Cap as well, and Loki can mach him

If Loki was a bullet timer he would dodge or block bullets, they clearly bother him.Also Thor couldn't dodge bullets neither in Avengers nor in Age of Ultron.He couldn't dodge Hela's blades or even the obedience disk.

They are arrow timers, that's all.

Yeah hurting Thor that in same scene no solled multi-city block-level explosion in power( not seize) and his blades can casually cut other frost giants like paper( which are completely bulletproof as seen with Loki)

I don't know until which point he hurt Thor tbh.The frost giants, asgardians and dark elves should be bulletproof, same as the kree, that's right.

By that logic, DCEU Superman is also not bullet timer since he does not dodge them and they can irritate him, that is wrong and Loki was not really bothered much by them at all

Thor clearly protected himself from bullets, but he cannot dodge them as he is not a bullet timer.You can see it in his fight against Hulk in Avengers or when Ultron fired at him.Also yeah, Loki was clearly bother, he would totally block them if he could.Cap has tagged him too with a shield throw and he has probably been tagged hundred of times by things I don't remember.

Did we wach the same movie? He casually dodged or blocked them at close range even moving as fast as them and they are faster than bullets

He blocked 1 and couldn't bloke the second.You are either lying or misremembering.I'm sure the blades are not faster than bullets.It can be calculated tho.
