I honestly don't know how strong is Quicksilver supposed to be? I get it he is really fast character in Marvel because he is a speedster, but hard is he supposed to hit again? He goes from not being able to physically knockout Spider-Man to suddenly injuring High Evolutionary with his punches! So I hear from you One Piece fanbase that Kizaru is Massively FTL+ speed all because he speed blitzed Luffy who has been FTL ever since his fight with Foxy? That interesting, you can get Quicksilver to Massively FTL+ speed as well if you take his Picosecond feat literally, and if an object with enough mass hits the planet at the SOL, it can destroy the planet according to scientist. Since we have discussed all the high ends here, let's do the fight shall we?

3. Kizaru in prime, got Pika Pika no Mi & Den-Den Mushi, has Haoshoku Haki, Kenbunshoku Haki & Busoshoku Haki, and wields Ama no Murakumo.

Assuming speed is relative (which is highballing for quicksilver), kizaru outstats him across the board, haki, intangiɓility, clones.

If kizaru lands 1 lightspeed kick, he breaks his in half.

I don't have a winner in mind, but isn't both Quicksilver and Kizaru supposed to be Planet level and Massively FTL+ speed? So I am pretty sure this fight can go either way. Regarding to both Intangibility and Clones, Quicksilver can do both as well.

What's your reason if you don't mind me asking you?

Depends on what you mean by stats, Rogue with Wonder Man's power wasn't able to phase High Evolutionary with her punches, yet Quicksilver was able to mess him badly by bullrushing all over the place, so their stats isn't too far apart.

Regarding to intangibility and haki, Quicksilver has that as well plus he has molecular acceleration/destabilization which let's him ignore conventional durability by attacking his opponent's insides.
