So the above puts him comfortably above everyone not named Peter & Brandon, in stats.
Meanwhile, with Brandon. You also gets superior feats to everyone else:
Brightburn is arguably capable of one-shotting many characters via his on-screen feat of casually bringing down a building (Skip to 0:42):

And his durability is high enough to shrug off a bullet to the back of the head from a close distance:
Brandon didn't feel any pain from the bullet. He was surprised.
No wincing, groaning, or grunts if you go and watch the actual video. He was just shocked that his "Dad" shot him when they went to have a bonding moment.
And unlike the likes of, let's say, Homelander. Brandon abuses his speed more often In-Character.
And he uses his travel speed to casually paste people In-Character. And do stuff like this casually as a noob with his powers:

What makes the feat above extremely impressive, is the fact that he made his way inside without hitting, or knocking down anything with his speed. Despite the fact that this Brandon only got/learned his powers recently. Which shows how far end of movie Brandon stands, in comparison.
Brandon is not gonna bother fighting either in H2H. And Heron has better.

Who scales above Soldier-Boy who reacted to Starlight's beams which are totally Lightspeed. Because no other attack in fiction has ever been described/called as a "Beam of Light". And Homelander also scales above A-Train who managed to statue Starlight and her beams.
And Maeve also survived Soldier-Boy's AoE nuke (Which is totally not heat based at all as we saw when he melted Crimson Countess to a skeleton) Which makes her multi-city block in durability.
All in all, team 1 dies a horrible death. Unless we use the "Muh visualZ!" And "Muh budget!" Just to attempt and ignore the shitty showings of The Boys verse.

Brandon is faster, arguably stronger, has heat vision, can fly, and is ruthless af. Yeah, Brandon didn't face any true threats in his universe, but that's not to say he can't hang with these two. Unlike Homelander, he's not gonna hold back on Maeve. She only did so well against him because he didn't go all out on her and his focus wasn't even on their fight. And unlike Homelander, Brandon abuses his speed. Valkyrie is nothing special. All she has on Brandon is skill and maybe strength. Both girls are slow at the end of the day and don't have much versatility between them. They're not tagging him at all. He blitzes them both back and forth.
