Depends on the gear, but most of his gear won't get him past Luke.

I think that the Punisher is able to get through Rounds 1 and 2, but unfortunately, in Round 3, Luke Cage is just too powerful for him. So, the Punisher will most likely stop at Round 3 due to the fact Luke Cage is bulletproof and he mostly only uses guns for fighting... If you are talking about the MCU versions, then the Punisher has a chance of beating him, but if you are talking about the comic versions, then the Punisher stops at Luke Cage. After the Shang-Chi movie comes out, you can do an MCU thread of the same characters. That would be very good because we can FINALLY see how good Shang-Chi is at fighting...

@gokuisthebest: I can't see him beating Peter and Luke. The rest will go down with or without prep.

The only way he beats Luke is if he gets Vibranium or Adamantium bullets. Vibranium will be almost impossible since it is only stashed in Wakanda and some other places. Frank does not know about locations with Adamantium.

He won't be able to tag Peter with a gun unless he disables the Spider-sense but he has no knowledge on chemistry so I don't see him doing that.
