I'd like to know what kind of level this feat is then. Many told me it's a continental by common sense, if not more. I'm interested to know your opinion.
@keiser994: No, the area of the impact is as I said about the size of a island(Small country level at best) and as you can see the exit isnt as massive. If that's continental than Toneri's silver wheel must be continental for doing more or less the same thing on a larger surface area of the moon. Which would be absolutely absurd.
I know your own personal bias would probably put it at continental without hesitation; however people that actually look to quantify these things for a truly sound argument (me) think otherwise.

And comparing it to silver wheel explosion is more ignorance that attack didn't go all the way through the moon it only damaged the surface.

As I said the top one is small country sized at best, the exit one isnt even impressive claiming its country sized automatically when it's practically relevant to his size is in itself laughable. Piercing through 2,000 miles of rock is not a continental feat.
